OASIS in the Overwhelm Workshop presented by Millie Grenough
March 26, 6pm - 8pm
A two-hour workshop where new and experienced attendees have the opportunity to 1) learn new information about the neuroscience of the brain, and 2) also have the opportunity to learn and practice strategies to enhance their personal health -- physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual -- and deepen their happiness.
The goals of the workshop are to convey new information & teach practical strategies (see above) Participants will:
- Explore latest findings of neuroscience research
- Experience rewiring their own brains towards greater health & happiness
- Dive in to practical mindfulness – how to do it, simply!
- Learn and practice 60-second OASIS Strategies for finding calm in the chaos
