This webinar will be a treat for anyone interested in personal and professional development where you will learn about the 11 executive skills and how we can develop and utilize them in order to live more mindfully and maximize your success and fulfillment. 

Executive skills are the skills we need to be successful in school, work and life in general.  When we develop our executive skills we promote mindfulness and wellness in our own lives.  In the same way, the more mindfully we live, the sharper our executive skills will become. 

In this session, we will learn about the 11 executive skills and how we can develop and utilize them in order to live more mindfully and maximize our success in all areas of life.

Decades of neuroscience research have shown that when we develop our executive skills we promote mindfulness and wellness in our own lives. In the same way, the more mindfully we live, the sharper our executive skills will become.

If you have children in your classroom or family  – wouldn’t you like to know how to impart and teach more Mindfulness to them? The earlier children are introduced to methods to develop their own higher brain function, the more successful they will be.
