Alicia Feller, Chief Executive Officer at State of CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and The Graduate Institute President, Bruce Cryer, will discuss the impact of the pandemic on us, the increase in anxiety, depression, and ways to manage it.

Alicia Feller, LCSW, MA Integrative Health & Healing from The Graduate Institute; Chief Executive Officer at State of CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Alicia is a licensed clinical social worker and certified hypnotherapist. She currently offers a variety of wellness services through her private practice and is a Certified Holistic Stress Management Instructor. She enjoys working with people to help them develop a mastery over their well-being using empathy, empowerment and mind-body-spirit connection as the cornerstones of her approach. Alicia lives her practice and relishes the time she spends with family and friends. She believes one grows the most when they step outside of their comfort zone.
Bruce Cryer, President of The Graduate Institute, is adjunct faculty at Stanford University, and an author, mentor and leadership consultant. Bruce was a founding director of HeartMath, the acclaimed stress/performance institute where he also served as CEO for 11 years. He has worked in the holistic studies field for more than three decades and has taught programs on stress, performance, and creativity at Stanford since 1997, drawing on both his long business background and his years as a singer/dancer/actor and visual artist in New York.
