Foods & Attitudes Conversation to Support Your Immune System!
Join us for a Conversation on “Foods & Attitudes to Support Your Immune System”!
Free Webinar — Tues Feb 2, from 6 – 7 pm
The webinar will explore health and well being from a holistic perspective, and will share elements of the Graduate Institute’s renowned Integrative Health and Healing program. Graduates of IHH Masters and Certificate programs become qualified in a unique way to uplift society and make an extraordinary impact in whatever career path they take. At the same time, students learn new perspectives, new tools, new modalities, and new practices that can profoundly change the health and well-being of themselves and their families.
What if you could learn how to balance your body, mind and emotions to boost your immune system when the risk of COVID is so high, and also improve your attitude when we need it most! The foods we choose, the thoughts we think and the emotions we feel all make a difference in our health, risk of disease, wellness, and immune response. What we put in our mouths and in our minds can be medicine or poison.
This timely webinar is presented by Dr. Artemis Morris, TGI’s Academic Director for Integrative Health & Healing, as well as a Professor of Nutrition and Educator of the traditional Mediterranean diet. Co-presenting with Dr Morris will be The Graduate Institute’s President, Bruce Cryer, who is adjunct faculty at Stanford University, an author, mentor and leadership consultant. Bruce was a founding director of HeartMath, the acclaimed stress/performance institute where he also served as CEO for 11 years. He has taught programs on stress, performance, and creativity at Stanford since 1997, drawing on both his long business background and his years as a performance and visual artist in New York.
